Powder Systems – Refiner Skids

We have worked closely with PSL on the detailed design and fabrication of their ‘MSR -MicroSphere Refiner’ Skid frame and pipework, and have consistently and successfully delivered completed fabrications over many years.

Having been first presented with the process requirement and initial P&ID, we have developed a fully detailed 3D design in Solidworks.

The framework is fully welded with all welds polished smooth, ensuring a crevice-free and easily cleanable design. The pipework is fully fabricated by our own highly skilled pipefitters from 316L stainless ASM BPE specification tube and fittings, and comes complete with a full documentation package

PSS support Powder Systems Ltd by fabricating top quality process pipework skids with PSL free issued valves and instrumentation. PSS have worked with PSL from the 3D modelling of the skid and its pipework to the manufacture and final testing, supported by the engineering final documentation package. PSS also regularly support PSL with fabricating and installing in-situ piping work on multiple units at the PSL factory, providing quick and top quality work.
