We prioritise and invest in creating an excellent health and safety culture. We aim to create an environment where health and safety is systemic, and its consideration is an intrinsic part of all processes and working practises.

Health and safety training is a essential part of our employee training programme. We have a dedicated health and safety manager (NEBOSH certified), and all supervisory staff are qualified in managing safely (IOSH ‘Managing Safely’ certified). We provide comprehensive and ongoing training for all personnel including skill-specific training to meet all standards required.

We regard consultation with our employees concerning health and safety of paramount importance and therefore aim to apply this philosophy when developing risk assessments and method statements with our clients.
